Giant frogs are dog- to pony-sized amphibians that lurk half-submerged and snatch prey with a long, lashing tongue before swallowing it whole. Their mottled hides blend with mud and weed, making them easy to overlook until they strike. The killer frog is a more aggressive, sharp-toothed breed, while poisonous varieties secrete toxins through their skin that sicken anything that bites or handles them. They leap astonishing distances to attack or escape.

- Wait motionless at the water's edge, camouflaged in mud and reeds
